Bodybuilding Shepherd’s Pie Recipe:
- 1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Chicken
- 3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Cup of Low-Fat Cottage Cheese (drained)
- 1 Can of Corn
- 1 Dash Cinnamon

What to do:
- Cook the ground chicken in skillet
- Mix the ground chicken, cottage cheese and corn together
- Bake, then mash the sweet potatoes
- Add mixed contents into baking dish
- Spread the mashed sweet potatoes on top of mixed ingredients
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes
