  • 1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Chicken
  • 3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Cup of Low-Fat Cottage Cheese (drained)
  • 1 Can of Corn
  • 1 Dash Cinnamon

What to do:

  • Cook the ground chicken in skillet
  • Mix the ground chicken, cottage cheese and corn together
  • Bake, then mash the sweet potatoes
  • Add mixed contents into baking dish
  • Spread the mashed sweet potatoes on top of mixed ingredients
  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes
