If there was ever one thing that I wanted to change about myself, it was my body.

At a mere 125 pounds I felt insecure, weak, and would do just about anything to pack some muscle onto my skinny frame. I would look at other guys and think, “why can’t I just feel average?”

Forget being strong and muscular, I just wanted to feel like I wasn’t a toothpick compared to everyone else!

I probably took things too far, and maybe I wasn’t as thin as I imagined, but it didn’t matter. In my eyes I was nothing. Afraid to show my arms, or take my shirt off, my confidence was down in the dumps.

One day when I was looking in the mirror, I realized just how unhappy I was with the way I looked. I realized that I could never be truly happy on the inside until I was happy with myself on the outside. Something inside of head just sort of “snapped”.

It was as if my mind had taken a 180 degree turn.

It was on that very day that I decided it was time to change. This time I meant business. No more sitting around whining to myself and complaining about my small frame; it was time to put all the talk aside and get to work.

Talking builds no muscles.

No matter how difficult it was, how long it took, or how many obstacles came my way, I was going to change. I was going to get huge, and there was nothing that would stop me. It was there that my journey from point A to point B began.

After filling my head with every possible piece of bodybuilding literature I could get my hands on, I started putting the techniques to use. After several months of trial and error experimentation, I was finally able to narrow it down and figure out what worked and what didn’t.

It was really hard at first, but I stuck with it.

There were many times when working out would be the last thing I felt like doing, but it didn’t matter; I dragged my ass to the gym and lifted. I remembered the promise that I had made to myself, and that was all I needed to keep going.

sean 3 70 Sean Nalewanyj:
Creator Of Muscle Gain TruthI started gaining weight.

After the first few months I’d put on a solid, muscular 15 pounds. My hard work and persistence was already paying off. So I pressed on.

I kept on training and I kept on eating.

I refused to be defeated; to give up and go back to the way I was. Workout after workout, week after week, month after month, and I was still training.

Sure, I experienced bumps in the road. Inevitably there were obstacles, but I rose above them. When I felt like it was time to pack it in, I dug down deep and kept going. I wasn’t going to quit no matter how tough it was.

I did the things that I hated doing the most in order to reach my goals.

Training when I wanted to sleep, eating when I wanted to rest, going to bed when I wanted to stay awake. I watched as months went by, and my size continued to improve. I was finally walking around with my head up high. I kept on training and I kept on improving.

There was no letting up.

Even to this day, I’m still training, and I’m still improving. I can truly say that bodybuilding has been the greatest choice I’ve ever made in my entire life. It has changed me from the inside out.

sean 4 70 Sean Nalewanyj:
Creator Of Muscle Gain TruthI am now confident with the way I look.

I don’t hide behind baggy clothes anymore, nor am I reluctant to take my shirt off. I feel strong, powerful and healthy.
My life has completely changed for the better. Words cannot describe the feeling of being in great shape. I now know that I am able to set a goal and reach it.

If you’re thinking about getting into bodybuilding or if you’re just starting out, one piece of advice I can give you is do not quit. No matter what happens, do NOT quit.

Bodybuilding will do so much for you, and you will be eternally grateful if you continue.

There is nothing like it.

It teaches self-discipline, builds character and pushes you to your utmost limits. There is just so much you will get in return, I can’t even tell you.

In the world of bodybuilding, there are three types of people.

1. The Losers. Those who say they’re going to develop huge muscle mass, but don’t do anything.

They just talk without ever meaning to convert their words into deeds. These are the people that complain and make excuses without doing anything to resolve their problems.

They waste all their time in wishing for things, without doing anything to achieve it. These people love to resent and criticize successful people because they know that they can never achieve success on their own.

There is no such thing as willpower or discipline in their world. They won’t take responsibility for their own actions and are doomed to a life of mediocrity.

2. The Part Winner Part Loser. They half-heartedly try to develop muscle mass but give up before they accomplish it.

They are all about talking the talk, then trying to walk the walk, but don’t have the stamina to follow through.

Patience is something they just don’t have. They will not fight to the end. They will always fall short and never stand shoulder to shoulder with the elite.

They get an ‘A’ for effort, but not much else, they simply don’t have the tools to become successful.

3. The Winners. The ones who accomplish big things like developing huge muscle mass. Why do they actually accomplish it? Because they have a plan and they stick with it.

They make firm decisions that contain no hints of “maybe” or “try”. They are well aware that every decision can end in either success of failure. Success is what they crave, and that’s what they’re going to get, no matter what.

Once they decide to accomplish something, it’s a foregone conclusion that they will succeed. These people do not ask if they can achieve a goal, they only ask how long it will take to get there.

Mind Control

They have control of their minds and understand that they have all the tools it takes to accomplish anything in the external world. They feel that they can accomplish anything that they want because they have faith in their talents and beliefs.

No Excuses Accepted

They don’t make excuses. Every man and woman is in charge of their own life and the winners understand it is possible to shape your destiny.

Setbacks, exhaustion, discomfort, or physical and mental pain will not make them stray from their course. They understand that those achievements worth holding onto do not come easy, but are things to fight for, since no man or woman has ever achieved greatness without working towards it.

There is no greatness without struggle, and they are willing to struggle.

In the long run, they always win. They expect momentary setbacks and bumps in the road but know that in the end, they will win. If a challenge presents itself, these people make plans on how to get past it and they do.

They don’t sit and debate whether to move forward or quit. They never consider quitting as an option because they welcome the battle and know that mistakes and setbacks only help to make their victory even sweeter.

They keep their eyes on the prize.

When it all comes to a head, they are there, standing with the other winners. They can then review their victories and feel the wonder of pride and achievement. They earn the envy and respect of others and know that they deserve all this attention.

Which one of these people do you think you are?

Achieving huge muscle mass is only reserved for category three, so stand up if you’re a winner.

Throw away your desire for instant gratification because there is no such thing as developing huge muscle mass quickly. It’s only up for the taking if you can dedicate yourself to a goal and work hard to achieve it.

If you are facing doubts about your ability to succeed and persevere, it’s up to you to eliminate them.

Get rid of your questioning, fears, and wondering.

Make firm decisions on what you are going to accomplish, make a plan and then simply, make it happen.

If you can start asking “when can I reach this goal” instead of “will I reach this goal”, you will succeed in gaining huge muscle mass.

That’s a decision that I can’t make for you, but I can show you how to get there. You need to choose; no one else in the world can make this choice for you.

Make it happen.

You need to supply the determination, and I’ll provide you with the means.
