Do you have a weakness for pork bacon?

Eat chicken or turkey bacon instead of pork bacon.

  • It tastes good
  • Is higher in protein than pork bacon
  • Chicken bacon is lower in fat and calories.

Get your carbs from oatmeal

Eat lots of oatmeal if you are into bodybuilding. Oatmeal is a great source for your carbohydrates.

Kyle highly recommends that you add cinnamon to your oatmeal because it helps regulate your blood sugar levels.

If you don’t eat oatmeal for your carbs then give Ezekiel bread a try. It’s more expensive than other breads but it’s a lot better for you.

This recipe is high in complex carbohydrates, high in protein and low in fat.

Bodybuilding Shepherd’s Pie Recipe:

  • 1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Chicken
  • 3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Cup of Low-Fat Cottage Cheese (drained)
  • 1 Can of Corn
  • 1 Dash Cinnamon

What to do:

  • Cook the ground chicken in skillet
  • Mix the ground chicken, cottage cheese and corn together
  • Bake, then mash the sweet potatoes
  • Add mixed contents into baking dish

  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes

  • Carbs: 31g
  • Protein: 36g
  • Fat: 10g
